Home, with a capital H, is Wholeness, where we can feel safe, free of the fear of death. For Home is the world, as the ancient Icelanders knew, all of us together, for none of us is separate from any other being in the Universe for a single instant in our lives. And as our True Essence is Wholeness, none of us have ever left Home, which we can realize when the fragmented mind is healed in Wholeness.

Another connotation of home is that it is a place where we can hide, that is secret, denoted in the Swedish word for secret, which is hemlig, literally ‘belonging to home’. But Home is not secret, even if it is what Heraclitus called the ‘Hidden Harmony’, the union of all opposites.
