Scientific method is based on three basic techniques: deduction, induction, and abduction, introduced by Aristotle, Francis Bacon, and Charles Sanders Peirce, respectively. However, although method meant ‘regular, systematic treatment of disease’ in the 1400s, these methods cannot help us heal our collective traumas and hence our sick society. For, if they could, they would have done so long ago.

Because Integral Relational Logic is transdisciplinary—standing outside all specialized disciplines of learning, generalizing the abstractions of abstract algebra and category theory—it is a meta-algebra. As such, it is the algebra of algebras that David Bohm sought to establish his theory of the Implicate Order mathematically, healing the fragmented mind in Wholeness, as the Arabic root of algebra indicates.
